    You can make a return within 30 days of placing your order for a refund.

    We offer a pre-paid returns service. Mail in, drop off or book a collection for your return.

Full Return Policy

  • New, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be returned for a refund within 30 days, with proof of purchase.
  • Merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags and liners still attached; untagged items should be returned with original packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only (including prepaid credit cards).
  • Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
  • Online orders may be returned by mail.
  • Combined returns are prohibited.
  • Return labels for APO/FPO addresses cannot be generated.

Returns Process & Refunds

  • Once you have submitted your return request online, you will receive a Return Authorisation email:Pre-paid Express Returns via DHL: A pre-paid returns label will be emailed to you. Schedule a DHL collection or drop off at your nearest DHL point within 14 days from creating your return authorisation.Self-postage Returns: A returns slip will be emailed to you. Include this slip in the package and send back the returned goods with the shipper of your choice within 14 days from creating your return authorisation.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you when your refund has been issued. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
  • Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
  • Pre-paid Express Returns via DHL are subject to a US$15/€15 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Self-postage Returns are subject to return shipping fees and reverse duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer when choosing this method. We recommend insuring your package and contacting our Customer Service at godly@gmail.com with the tracking number once shipped.

Terms & Conditions

All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at GODLY’ discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn and unwashed, with the intent of providing the best experience to our guests. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns. If we choose to provide a refund beyond 30 days or in the event there’s no proof of purchase, refunds will be applied to a SKIMS gift card or in accordance with applicable local laws.

In some circumstances, we may request that additional information be provided, including personal information, for verification purposes. GODLY’ practices relating to collection, use, and sharing of such personal information are further detailed in our PRIVACY POLICY.
